The story

YouTube agencies managing multiple creators were drowning in spreadsheets, Notion boards, Slack threads, and disconnected tools. ContentFlow was designed from the ground up as a single operating system for the entire agency. The navigation is radically simple: just five verbs, Today, Pipeline, Calendar, People, and Money. We built role-specific dashboards for 11 distinct roles, from Founder and Content Manager to Editor, Cinematographer, Script Writer, Thumbnail Designer, and two freelancer tiers. The design uses a distinctive paper aesthetic with hand-drawn typography and warm tones, making a complex tool feel approachable. Urgency is consistent everywhere: red, amber, green means the same thing on every screen.
