The story
Licensed retail runs on paperwork: excise invoices, branch-level stock registers, and daily closing counts that rarely agree with each other. StockFlow replaces that with a single portal across every branch. OCR reads supplier invoices and turns them into stock entries automatically, so receiving a delivery is a review step rather than a data-entry shift. Branch managers see live stock on hand, transfers, and variance against expected counts, while owners get a consolidated view of the whole network. The interface was built for speed on shop-floor hardware, with large touch targets and workflows that survive an unreliable connection.
